What Is the Global Investor Programme?

The Global Investor Programme, or GIP, grants Singapore Permanent Residence to eligible global investors who intend to grow their businesses and investments from Singapore.

Applicants are generally expected to demonstrate a strong business track record, substantial entrepreneurial experience and the ability to contribute meaningfully to Singapore’s economy. The GIP is one of the limited residency pathways administered under a Singapore government programme.
